Arthur E. Davis, Certified Public Accountant, has rendered taxand accounting services to business accounts, family and personal enterprises for 23 years. He helps clients with everything from estate and retirementplanning to succession planning, tax preparation, and mergers and acquisitions. Recently he’s spent much of his time providing companies with foreign-tax consulting.
Arthur began his career as a staff accountant right out of college with the regional certified public accounting and consulting firm which today is Wallace, Savage & Davis, P.C. He’s been with the Firm ever since. He received his certification, became a licensed accountant, and was named partner in 1997. Today the Company has ten employees that service a continuously growing clientele. With active practices in accounting, auditing, tax planning and preparation, financial forecasts, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and business consulting, the firm prides itself on providing personalized, quality service that is beyond comparison. Located in Stoughton, MA, the Firm serves a wide variety of clients located throughout the United States, Canada, and the world. The Firm serves an array of clients from individuals and start-up companies to closely-held businesses, and small and medium-sized companies experiencing dramatic growth. The partners assist manufacturers, dental practices, general contractors, and law firms like Graeber, Davis and Cantwell.
Arthur Davis has worked with Graeber, Davis and Cantwell (GDC) since the law firm’s early days. He assisted GDC with setting up their financial operation, advising on real estate acquisitions, reviewing legal issues regarding closely-held partnerships, and assisting with general accounting procedures. Since then, he’s referred individuals to GDC for their legal needs.
