Three New Attorneys Come Onboard

The staff at Graeber, Davis & Cantwell, P.C. is pleased to welcome three new attorneys. “Of Counsel” are Hugh J. Crossland, Carrie Morgan Crossland, and joining the firm is Robert Winer.


Hugh J. Crossland is a graduate of the University of Michigan, B.B.A. and M.B.A. and Wayne State University, College of Law, J.D., Yale University,Yale Law School, LL.M. and Boston University, School of Law, LL.M. (Taxation). Mr. Crosslandhas spent more than 35 years in private practice providing clients with estate planning, probate and trust administration and business law. He is a former Assistant Professor at Boston University, School of Law and he is currently a senior Lecturer atNortheastern University.
Carrie Morgan Crossland is a graduate of theUniversity of Massachusetts, Amherst, with cum laude honors in Political Science, and Suffolk University Law School where she received her J.D. degree. Prior to working with Graeber, Davis and Cantwell, Carrie was in private law practice with her father where she specialized in estate planning and tax law. Her previous experience includes work as a paralegal at an Amherst, MA law firm. Ms. Crossland was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002.

Robert Winer is a graduate of Curry College and the Massachusetts School of Law. Mr. Winer has worked for Graeber, Davis & Cantwell as a law clerk since 2002. He is a veteran of the United States Army and was employed as a police officer with the City of Weymouth. Mr. Winer was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004.
